Spent the day in Rye which isn't very far from where I live having a laugh and meal with friends and family. It's a lovely place and I love the names of the houses in Mermaid Street. 'The House Opposite', 'The House with the Seat 'and the ''House Next Door' to name a few. We walked for miles and discovered some streets we hadn't been down before. A good start to the summer break.

That sure was a good start Rosie. I will be looking for more 'summer adventures'. The lamp light on the side of the building is a great photo. Beautiful town.
