Hi can I copy and print your menopause list because I need to pin it to the front of the fridge! My lot have no idea what I am going through - ie everything on the list - and it was a relief to find so many things that I thought were mental type problems. It was getting me down but I feel better reading your list. Its time the family did.
Hi thanks for visiting and allowing me to copy and paste off your blog - I have copied the words and I will colour it up and bit to grab their attention as they graze over the contents of the fridge!
Glad I can help. Let's hope it helps.
