Time flies

Had a phone this evening from my cousin to say my uncle had died in his sleep. When I was little I spent so much time with my aunt and uncle and later on with Susan who was born when I was 11yrs. Staying at their house, going on holiday together and Christmas day visits were part of my growing up. Sadly we have grown apart as the years went by. Teenage years and moving away it became Christmas cards and special occasions that sort of thing were our only contact. It was good to talk to her and I will try to be in more regular contact in the future.
