Smoke alarm just went off!!! Thankfully it was only that I had put the oven on full blast. Luckily I had not put the pizza I was going to cook in yet. Took a before photo. It's just a basic pizza base with a tomato sauce topping and cheddar, mozzarella an Parmesan cheese. Finished off with basil and served with salad and wine.Tried several times to find a few minutes to write today. Went over to see my friend Jo's new home and ended up getting her to start her own blog. House is really lovely Jo thanks. Lots of hard work to do yet but it will be great when it's all done.
