Bad hair day

I finally plucked up courage and stepped inside the hairdressers today. It's been a while. I find stepping over the threshold of the salon harder than going in through the door at the dentist. I have for months walked past and looked inside. I have woken up in the morning and said to myself that today was the day I would go and get it cut. I have gone to the mirror and looked at myself in horror and vowed that something would be very done soon. I procrastinated in the hope that I would wake up one morning with beautiful styled and coloured hair. Fat chance with my curly unrulely hair.
Anyway I was walking past today and forced myself to go in. I came out several hours and several pounds lighter later with a new style and colour.
Unfortunaltely I had picked the wettest. windiest day for ages and the lovely straight locks soon started to spring into the usual disarray I walk around with everyday. It was nice for a short while. At least I sill have the new colour to make it it all worth the effort and I do like having curly hair really I just fancied a change.
