Not long been back from visiting the Food and Craft Christmas Fair at Leeds Castle. I wish I could learn to say no (my other half probably wouldn't agree with that statement) anyway I tried some toffee vodka, some white wine and then came across the gorgeous tasting sloe gin and sloe whiskey from Sloe motion . All on an empty stomach. Felt a bit lightheaded afterwards on the lovely walk back to the car through the woods. Sun was shinning and the leaves were beautiful shades of yellow, red, green, brown and orange but I had a warm rosie glow inside. Bought other half a bottle of the sloe whiskey for Christmas. Just got to hide it now before he sees it.
Have a job application form which I should be filling in this afternoon but I keep getting distracted and reading other peoples blogs. Lettuce-eating daughter made me laugh. O to be young again.
